HI I’M TAMARA, IM A REGISTERED HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST AND CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER

 

Holistic nutrition is a comprehensive, natural approach to health and wellbeing. It focuses on nourishing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - rather than just addressing isolated concerns.

At the core of holistic nutrition is the belief that optimal health arises from eating the right foods for your unique body, combined with healthy lifestyle practices. 

A holistic nutritionist looks at the individual as a complete system, not just a set of symptoms or dietary requirements.

Qualifications of a Holistic Nutritionist

Unlike general "health" or "wellness" coaches, holistic nutritionists undergo extensive, accredited training. This includes coursework in anatomy, physiology, nutritional pathology, and other in-depth medical sciences.
